Another great evening!
Huge thanks to those who came along to our 3rd Ely event last Thursday. Once again, it was a very enjoyable evening and, considering how new the event is, reasonably attended. The 3rd event is usually the event where we see a dip, but that wasn’t the case for Ely, which bodes well for the future.
Big thanks as well to our new team of Rekha, Catherine & Luke. I wasn’t there, so they were thrown in at the deep end a bit and did brilliantly!
Biggest thanks of all go to our speaker, Claudia Stein-Carr, for what was another talk referencing trees, but this time it was around living our best lives! The team have advised it was a very good talk, so my thanks to Claudia for that.
The question that went along with the introduction this month was, “What music act do you find most annoying?” The winner was James Fellowes for his answer of YMCA, which I am pretty sure is a song and not an act. Regardless, James wins a ticket to our next event…
