That’s it for 2024!
Thanks to those who came along last Thursday. Several no-shows but that is December for you!
Charlene ran the show by herself due to Ben’s illness and what a great job she did! A huge thank you to her for stepping up!
A huge thank you also to our speaker, Jessica Korzeniowska, for her talk called “How the Grinch systems engineered Christmas”. I have been advised it was a very engaging and interactive talk, which was even accompanied by a Grinch Christmas jumper – winner!
The question this month was, “What is your favourite Christmas film?” The winner was Jon Waller for his choice of Die Hard, which is 100% a Christmas film and a damn good one at that! Jon wins a free ticket to our next event, but as it is a free event, he will get a free ticket to our March event as well! As Ben wasn’t there, we had to use a makeshift trophy, which was a Santa!
