A night of pillow talk…
Massive thanks to all those who came along last night. There was an amazing vibe in the room, packed full of laughs! Slightly lighter on the numbers than usual, although there were still 14 in the room, but regardless, it was one of the best Colchester events that I can remember!
We said goodbye to Damian as he goes off to uni in Exeter. Thanks to Chris Feasey, we were able to give Damian a send-off trophy, which I should imagine that Damian has already lost!
We all wish you the absolute best of luck, Damian. You’ll smash uni and make a massive success of yourself. You’re welcome back at any event at any time!

The question that went along with the introduction this month was, “What quote from a film/TV show do you use in real life?” The winner was Alex Barton for the Planes, Trains & Automobiles quote, “Where’s your hand? It’s between 2 pillows!” And if you don’t know it, here is the clip. We never did get told where and when he uses that quote in real life, though! Alex wins a ticket to our next event…
