Our Bury events keep getting better…
Thanks to those who came along last Thursday. Really good numbers in the room, really great people, and it was great to see many returning faces as well as some very welcome new additions!
Big thanks to Phoebe for running the show all on her own (although I was there). Karen was away, and Mary is taking a break from running things for a while. Phoebe did a grand job for her first-ever event as host!
Biggest thanks of all go to our speaker, Skye Van Heyzen, for his talk on leadership and listening.
The question that went with the introduction was, “What is your favourite shop that is now extinct?” I chose the winner and picked Kristian Virr for his answer of Gamestation. There were some very strong answers to be fair! Kristian wins a free ticket to our next event…
