A changing of the guard, slightly…
Thanks to those who came along last Thursday. We had good numbers and a very enjoyable evening! MK has really started to grow recently, which is pleasing to see!
Big thanks to Charlene, Heather & Megan for running the evening and keeping everything ticking along nicely, and they deserve the credit for making it a good evening and helping the numbers grow.
That said, sadly, we are saying goodbye to Charlene, who has decided to stand down as host and from the team. Charlene has pretty much been part of our MK team from the start, and I would like to thank her for her efforts over the last 2 years. She has worked tirelessly to get MK to where it is.
Big thanks also go to our speaker, Paul Crossley, for his talk on the differences and benefits of being a sole trader vs a limited company. I have been advised that the talk went down very well.
The question that went along with the introduction this month was, “What music act do you find most annoying?” The winner was Vahin Valliyur Sankar for his answer of Jung Kook, the K-Pop singer. Vahin wins a free ticket to next month, where I do hope he doesn’t accidentally stand on Heather…
