Signing off 2025 in style…
Thanks to those who came along last Thursday; it was a really enjoyable evening again. As always, it was a great laugh with great people in the room!
Big thanks to our speaker, Mandie Holgate, for her talk on nailing your 60 seconds! As Mandie always does, she delivered no-nonsense brilliance. I’m sure those of you who attended got lots from it!
The question that went with the introduction was, “What was the worst gift you’ve ever received?” The winning answer was by Alison Bishop, now known as Claire, for her answer of “a set of encyclopaedias”, at Christmas, at 11 years old. I’d have been savage at that age if I got that! Alison wins a ticket to January!
